Ebeth, Christine, Martha and Annita it sounds so common-sensical, right? And yet many will still use that excuse to distance themselves from the Church. But Christ left the Church to his flawed and human apostles with the promise that the Holy Spirit would be with us and the gates of hell will not prevail...
And while the gates of hell are banging I need to cover my ears and pray...and trust... still knowing that the Church is the body of Christ and we know that His body was crucified.
But we know it was resurrected, too!
Keeping up the prayers, the faith and the trust with you.
(Martha, I tried visiting your blog but kept getting this warning message about malware...FYI.)
WELCOME TO THIS PHOTO - JOURNAL celebrating the traditional, Roman Catholic faith ... in words and images. I believe that Catholicism & The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass are the GOOD, the TRUE and the BEAUTIFUL in this life and what better f o c u s could my camera (and words) share. This blog began in May of 2007, when I started homeschooling my 4. In 2011, it was the reason we traveled to Rome, to participate in the VATICAN BLOGGERS MEETING, where my goal to promote Catholic social media began. Today, 2 of children have graduated and attend Franciscan University in Steubenville. It is so encouraging to have this community, to know you are out there and to share what we learn with each other. May we do so, AMDG, for the glory of God and all for Jesus, Mary & Joseph. Totus Tuus! +JMJ+
